Write PDF Document into a file and open it with webview xamarin

I want to download a pdf file from an external server, save it on device then open it with webview. i already got the file from the server, the problem I'm having is writing it in the correct format into a file. I will appreciate any approach i can take to achieve this.

I was able to load a pdf that's already bundled on the app with webview.
